Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Nature of Services (Not Medical Advice)
The services provided by Come Home to Self, including Witness Sessions, Human Design readings, and Collage Workshops, are for educational, creative, and spiritual purposes only.
Witness Sessions: These sessions are designed to provide a supportive space for expression. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Sheryl Shoemaker is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Workshops: Payment is required to secure your spot. Due to the cost of materials prepared in advance, please check the specific cancellation policy listed at checkout.
Private Sessions: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of Witness Sessions or Human Design readings.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (including text, collage artwork, and images), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Come Home to Self. Our content may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.
4. Workshop Code of Conduct
Our workshops are designed to be a safe, non-judgmental environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a participant to leave if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or threatens the safety of the facilitator or other participants.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Come Home to Self, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
