Grounded. Sacred. Real.
I was born in Hollywood and raised in the working-class corners of the San Gabriel Valley — long before wellness was a hashtag. My healing didn’t start in yoga studios or retreats. It started while holding it together through loss, reinvention, and years on the factory floors of LA’s apparel world. I’ve lived through deadlines, detours, grief, and grace — often all at once.
You’re not broken. You’re not behind. And you’re definitely not too much.
I know because I spent decades thinking I was all three. I contorted myself to be digestible. I made myself small to survive. But life has a way of bringing you back to center — sometimes gently, sometimes with a sledgehammer.
I’ve danced through the fire more than once. I’ve held space for others even when I couldn’t hold myself. I’ve learned to listen to the whispers beneath the noise.
Now, I work with people who are ready to stop pretending and start remembering. Human Design is one of the tools I use — not as dogma, but as a doorway. I also bring in Reiki, intuitive readings, and a deep trust in your body’s wisdom. This is soul work — grounded, sacred, and real.
I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you while you remember your way back to yourself — before the world told you who to be. Back to the version of you that isn’t afraid to feel, move, speak, or rest. Back to the you that knows how to come home to yourself.
